St Malo sits halfway between Cherbourg to the north and Roscoff to the west and is the natural gateway port to Brittany. It also provides an attractive starting point for the Loire Valley, the Atlantic Coastline and routes to South-West France. Cruise sailings start from the second week in January with 3-4 sailings a week throughout February and March and most days from April to October with daily sailings during July and August. Portsmouth overnight departures leave mid-evening.
St Malo’s sailings are mainly mid-morning departures with occasional night crossings.
Overnight crossings take 11h and 9h during daytime.
Cabin accommodation and reserved lounge seats can be booked subject to availability and dog owners have the option to book from a limited number of pet friendly cabins.
French time is 1 hour ahead of the UK and all departure and arrival times are local and subject to tidal and weather conditiions. |
